Rochester answered immediately, Kibling doubled and was bunted to third. After Brittany Grage sruck out, Cronin hit an infield single scoring Kibling. Alatorre and Lauren Muni were hit by pitches, loading the bases. Murillo's first career grand slam cleared the bases.
Brandeis scored two unearned runs in the fifth after two were down. That got the Judges within 5-3 but Rochester scored two apiece in the fifth and sixth. Grage singled, leading off the fifth and Cronin followed with a home run. In the sixth, Kibling doubled, was bunted to third, and scored on Cronin's single. Alatorre's RBI double made it 9-3.
