Dan Whalen (2007-10) of Case Western Reserve University was a three-time UAA Offensive Player of the Year quarterback, leading the program to its first NCAA Division III Football Championship berth and first NCAA win. He earned first team All-UAA honors as both a quarterback and punter three times, while being named a first team AFCA and D3football.com All-American. Whalen finished his career completing 68.5 percent of his passes for 3,340 yards and 34 touchdowns with a 172.8 passer rating.
