University of Chicago to Host 2024 UAA Swimming & Diving Championships

University of Chicago is hosting the 2024 UAA Swimming & Diving Championships in the Myers-McLoraine Pool in the Ratner Athletics Center Wednesday through Saturday.

Emory University rallied on the final day to edge the Maroons by 25.5 points in last year's men's championship to win its 24th consecutive Association title. The Eagles went on to capture the NCAA Division III Men's Swimming & Diving Championship title.

The Emory women also won their 24th consecutive UAA title, their 30th in program history, in the 2023 championship.

Six men's teams enter this year's championship ranked in the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America national poll, including four among the top seven. Emory and Chicago are ranked second and third, respectively. Carnegie Mellon University is ranked sixth, while NYU is seventh. Case Western Reserve University (13th) and Washington University (14th) are also ranked.

Six women's teams are also ranked, led by the Eagles, who are ranked second. NYU is ranked sixth with UChicago seventh. CWRU (13th), WashU (14th), and Carnegie Mellon (17th) are also ranked.
