Emory University, led by both its soccer teams reaching the final four of their respective NCAA championships (including the women's team reaching the national title game), stands sixth. University of Chicago, keyed by women's soccer advancing to the NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Championship semfinal round, is in 12th place. Carnegie Mellon University used a sixth-place finish in the NCAA Division III Women's Cross Country Championship, to be ranked 14th. Winners of the NCAA Division III Women's Cross Country Championship title, NYU stands 17th in the standings.
