No.11 Brandeis Picks up Second Consecutive Draw, 0-0, at Trinity

The 11
th-ranked Brandeis University women's soccer team were held scoreless for just the second time this season, but the Judges were able to turn in a shutout of their own as they battled to a 0-0 draw at Trinity (Conn.) College today.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The game was an even battle, with the Judges owning a narrow 12-9 edge in shots and both sides putting three shots on goal.
- The Judges had an 8-2 advantage in corner kicks but were not able to capitalize.
- Brandeis was whistled for 10 fouls compared to seven for the Bantams, and the visitors were shown the only card of the day.
- Brandeis's top offensive threats were a pair of first-years, as midfielder Moira Koleno (Chicago, Ill./Whitney M. Young Magnet) put two shots on goal, while Grace Carman (Chicago, Ill./Lane Tech) had a team-high three shots, one of which was on target.
- Junior Amaya Logan (Jacksonville, Fla./Creekside) made three saves to earn her third shutout of the season and the fourth of her career.
- Trinity's Lily Bracken also had three stops.
- With their two-straight draws, the Judges are unbeaten in nine-straight games, their longest streak since starting 12-0-1 in the 2016 campaign when they reached the Final Four of the NCAA Division III Tournament.
