Tartans Collect a Pair of Wins on Final Day of Marcia French Invitational
The Carnegie Mellon University volleyball team faced Baldwin Wallace University and John Carroll University on the second day of the Marcia French Invitational Saturday afternoon. The Tartans won both and improved to 6-1 overall. Baldwin Wallace and John Carroll are now at 1-4 and 3-4, respectively.

- The Tartans won with set scores of 25-17, 25-19, 25-18 for their third straight sweep.
- Junior Kate Giang led the team offensively with 11 kills.
- Senior Kai Herchenroether and freshman Sophie Pan each recorded nine kills. They had kill percentages of 0.500 and 0.421, respectively.
- Junior Neha Tummala dished out 31 assists, more than all of the Yellow Jackets combined.

- Tummala was responsible for 42 of the Tartans' 56 assists. She also had a team-high of seven serve-assists.
- Jackson, Gavros, and Tummala had 18, 17, and 16 digs, respectively.
- Herchenroether and Pan each had two block assists and one block solo.
