Emory University men's basketball senior guard Ben Pearce has been selected as a finalist for both the Bevo Francis Award and Trevor Hudgins Award as announced by Small College Basketball Saturday night in conjunction with the NCAA Division I Men's Final Four in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Pearce, the 2026 Jostens Trophy winner and D3hoops.com National Player of the Year, looks to add to his impressive resume as a finalist for both awards. Earlier this year, Pearce also was chosen as a D3hoops.com First Team All-American, a Second Team All-American by the NABC and the University Athletic Association Player of the Year.

The Trevor Hudgins award recognizes the most outstanding career of a student-athlete at the non-Division I level. Pearce is one of four finalists for the award, joining Yeshiva's Zevi Samet, Carson-Newman's Jack Browder and Northern Michigan's Dylan Kuehl.

For the Bevo Francis honor, the award is presented annually to the player who has had the finest overall season within Small College Basketball. Pearce is one of eight players chosen as a finalist for the recognition, joining Samet, Kuehl, John Carroll's Luke Chicone,
Nova Southeastern's Dallas Graziani and Ross Reeves and Northwestern (IA)'s Jalen Langsy and Jesse Van Kalsbeek.

The award winners will be announced on Monday, April 6th.
